Membership does not guarantee availability for every class, coaching session, clinic, event or other activity.
Recurring memberships will continue according to the billing and cancellation terms accepted at enrollment until properly canceled.
8. Facility Access and Conduct
All participants and members are expected to conduct themselves safely, responsibly and respectfully while using MHP facilities or participating in MHP programs.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by MHP staff and instructors, particularly instructions relating to safety, equipment and facility use.
Facility access credentials, including any credentials associated with 24/7 member access, are personal to the authorized member and may not be shared or transferred.
MHP reserves the right to refuse participation or suspend or revoke facility access when an individual engages in unsafe, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behavior or fails to follow staff instructions.
9. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk
MHP programs may involve physical exertion, exercise, movement, firearms-related training, simulated training environments and other activities involving inherent risks.
Participation in certain activities may require completion of a separate acknowledgment of risk, informed consent, release of liability, participant waiver or other agreement before participation begins.
These Terms of Service do not replace any separate participant waiver, release or acknowledgment required by MHP.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in an activity and should seek appropriate professional medical guidance when necessary.
10. Firearms and Training Equipment
Certain MHP programs may involve firearms, simulated firearms, laser-equipped training firearms or related training equipment and technology.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, MHP safety policies and instructor directions.
MHP reserves the right to immediately discontinue an individual’s participation if MHP staff determines that the participant’s conduct, condition or actions create a safety concern.
11. Training and Performance Disclaimer
MHP provides training, instruction and educational experiences designed to develop human performance and related skills.
Individual experiences and results will vary.
MHP does not guarantee any particular physical, cognitive, professional, leadership, shooting or other performance outcome from participation in its services.
